The Sleep Rejuvenation Package is suitable for little ones from 4 months up to 5 years of age. We will conduct a 60-minute phone consultation to focus on you, your baby, your lifestyle and your parenting style, so you feel confident from the minute we start. 60 minutes of dedicated listening and advise will help explore your little one’s tailored sleep solution.
I offer you 2 weeks of daily unlimited support. You can choose when to start this after our phone consultation.
With this package, I will be supporting and encouraging you throughout our 2-week journey together. Before we start, I will send you through a simple preliminary questionnaire for you to complete which will help me understand your child’s sleep needs so I can start working on developing your personalised sleep plan.
We work together using easy online sleep logs, which will allow me to observe your little one’s sleep progress so I can offer you my full support and encouragement.
All plans and solutions provided will have realistic expectations and are created in line with your child’s developmental age.
