Hey there,

I’m Stephanie, Certified Infant & Toddler Sleep Specialist & Child Nutritionist. More importantly, I’m the proud mummy to my two beautiful children. I am originally from the UK and Australia is our home. It’s very hard with having no family around to support you, especially when you have children. Who is the 1 person you need around the most? Your MUM! So yes, I hear you when you need to shout out for that extra support.

At the beginning of our first babies life, I had no clue on what we were in for. We had Issues with feeding, no sleeping, the colic started and BOOM we hit the 4-month sleep regression. I was walking around like a ‘mombie’. Everyone was telling me that ‘babies just don’t sleep, so get used to it.’ This wasn’t something that sat well with me, especially when hearing some babies were sleeping through. I wanted my energy back, to enjoy every minute of parenting, and to see my first child blossom without her being so tired and grumpy each day.

I then started to google and read up on baby sleep issues and I learned a lot, but WOW,  so much conflicting information out there. Various authors and sleep educators have different opinions on sleep, so many suggested routine examples, it was all so overwhelming.

After 2 MONTHS of 3-4 am google sessions, I managed to get our daughter into a routine. At 6 months, she finally slept through the night and still does until this day. After seeing her so content and sleeping beautifully, myself having the energy to go back to the gym and catch up with friends, I thought to myself surely there must be a QUICKER SOLUTION to help other parents. I was keen to learn more which then lead me to become a certified sleep specialist.

I am passionate about providing sleep information and empowering parents to become their child’s sleep expert. My advice is gentle, and personal and I reflect on your child’s temperament and your parenting philosophy.

Every family is different and we, as parents, all have different approaches and beliefs in how we help our children. My sleep packages are designed to be holistic, comprehensive, and provide you with an easy-to-follow sleep plan, with a strong focus on emotional wellness, whilst using a calm and gentle approach.

At times, it can be difficult to get some to eat the right foods, especially as we struggle to maintain a balanced diet as adults. This is why I offer free nutritional advice in all my sleep plans, which also include recipes for the whole family to enjoy and details on how to handle picky eaters. Nutrition and sleep can never be separated, children need both to initiate growth, healing and repair.
